Message	I'm assuming by Wolf Tech you mean a Jim Wolf (JWT) Ecu. If so, then you are correct and you do not need a Boost Controller and upgraded Intercoolers at this point. You can simply use the boost jets which should have been provided along with the ECU. It depends on what you personally want out of the car, but if I were you, I would install the intake, exhaust and ECU (Stage 3) and then leave the car alone. Good Luck.
